Panayiotis Marinou is a Project Management Professional (PMP)® since 2013 and holds an MSc in
Management and a BSc in Business Administration with a specialization in Economics and Finance. He is a founding member of the PMI Cyprus Chapter and offered voluntary service as VP Finance and VP Membership during the period 2015–2020.
Panayiotis currently works at EIMF, a leading professional education institute, where he leads the Business
Development and Programme Management Unit. He has previously held leadership roles at Infocredit
Group, heading the Professional Education division, and at Baker Tilly as Chief Operations Officer (COO). He
served as a project coordinator for a European-funded initiative at the Human Resource Development
Authority of Cyprus (HRDA) and later worked at UNICAF, as a project coordinator for the development of
degree programmes at UNICAF University in Malawi.
Panayiotis strongly believes in hard work, team spirit, ethos, discipline, and goodwill. He is a committed
supporter of lifelong learning as a foundation for continuous personal and professional growth.
