Christian Napier is the Director of Tools, AI, Standards and Education for the Division of Technology Services in the State of Utah (USA), where he oversees all AI implementations across 29 state agencies. He has more than 30 years’ experience in technology leadership and serves as a Knowledge and Learning Advisor to the International Olympic Committee.
Pat Lucey, M.Eng., PMI-ACP, PMP, is currently a member of the PMI BOD. He is a long-time PMI volunteer and is president emeritus of PMI Ireland Chapter, where he served as a President and Director for 10 years. Lucey is a co-founder of Aspira, an international consultancy delivering technology, project management and business advisory services, and served as CEO and chairperson from 2007-2022. Prior to Aspira, he was project management director at Motorola for 17 years and an engineer with Siemens. He speaks at conferences around the world, where he shares practical entrepreneurial and project management skills.
Phil is an international speaker, trainer and consultant with over 20 years’ experience. He makes understanding business and finance easier.
He manages training and consultancy interventions to help businesses improve financial outcomes, with programmes including People Centred Project Management, Managing Operational Risk, Strategic Business Planning and Managing Finance.
With over 20 years’ experience, Lysa is an expert in unlocking human potential across diverse organisations. Her expertise spans business strategy, culture, behavioural science, emotional intelligence, and more. She holds an Executive MBA from Newcastle University where she is also a Senior Lecturer in Transformation and is a qualified EMCC Master Coach, an NLP Master Practitioner and Accredited Trainer, and a proud TEDx speaker.
From the Olympics to the boardroom, Chris has seamlessly transitioned into motivating and coaching individuals in businesses worldwide. A former Double Olympian, Chris has shared invaluable lessons from his athletic journey with over 400,000 individuals across the globe. For more than 13 years, Chris has focused on personal development, motivation, and optimal performance.
Marios Pelekanos graduated as an Architect Engineer from the National Technical University of Athens (NTUA) in 1989. In 1990 he received his M.Sc. from Bartlett School of Architecture and Planning (UCL) and in 2024 he received his Ph.D. Degree from the NTUA. He is currently a freelance Architect Consultant and an Associate Professor and Vice Head of the Department of Architecture at Frederick University Cyprus.
Antonis is a Board Member and the Head of the Management Consulting Department and ESG in KPMG in Cyprus. He specialises in the provision of tailored made advisory services to private and public sector clients relating, among others, to strategy definition and implementation of strategic initiatives, operational restructuring and excellence, business process reengineering, technology implementation and digital transformation, customer experience transformation, workforce optimisation, change management, culture integration and ESG. Antonis has successfully led various projects for a diverse clientele, in the governmental and private sectors across a wide range of industries.
Niko Valatsos is the Secretary General of PMI-Greece, boasting over 25 years of experience as a PMP certified Project Manager. He has successfully managed diverse projects worldwide, specializing in consultancy, construction, and real estate development. Niko is skilled in design and general management, project strategy, and effective project coordination, ensuring timely and budget-compliant delivery. His portfolio includes large-scale commercial buildings, sports facilities, luxury hotels, and residential complexes.
