Biography: Yuliia Nikolaieva
Working with projects and transformations for more than 20 years. And for over 15 years, I’ve been building and transforming PMOs. Today, I lead the Enterprise PMO and Lean Office at First Ukrainian International Bank. Our PMO was recognized as the best in Europe in 2025 and received an award for the best Agile and Hybrid PMO strategies in 2024. And in 2024, our Lean Office ranked third worldwide at the Lean Diamond Awards.
