PMI Cyprus Chapter invites its members to the Annual General Meeting (AGM) will be held on Tuesday, 14th October 2025 from 6:30 pm – 8:00 pm at the Mikel Coffee Stavrou by Hogar, located at Stavrou 79, 2035 Strovolos, Nicosia. Please make note of this date and time in your calendars as your presence it is essential.
The registration period is from 6:00 p.m. to 6:30 p.m. Please mark this date and time in your calendars as your presence is highly important.

According to Article 11.3 of the PMI Cyprus Chapter Articles of Association, quorum is achieved when at least 50% plus one Members-in-good financial standing are present. If such presence is not achieved, the AGM will be postponed for half an hour, and quorum will then be achieved when ten (10) Members-in-good financial standing are present. In case this is not achieved, the AGM will be rescheduled to take place at least seven (7) days later, with the attending Members-in-good financial standing constituting the quorum.

Lastly, we kindly remind you to settle any pending membership fees through the online procedure through the PMI International website (www.pmi.org) to be eligible to attend and vote during the AGM.
