Biography: Anna Xinisteri
Anna is the founder of KESEA, a boutique consulting company based in Nicosia, providing professional services to assist clients in meeting their challenges and objectives. She is an expert in connecting HR processes to business results through qualitative and quantitative methods, by combining her experience, along with her academic knowledge and background. She has successfully led teams for over 300 projects, relating to the wider spectrum of organization and HR, as a Project Manager by applying the PMI methodology. Her trainings are specifically designed to the needs of the teams, in order to provide best practices and techniques that can apply immediately in the workplace. Her areas of expertise are: human resources, management and leadership, diversity, team building, project management. She holds an MBA from the USA with a specialization in HR and Information Systems, and a MPA. She is also a holder of a bachelor’s degree in psychology and one in Management information systems. She is a PMP (PMI) and a certified HRDA trainer.
