Panayiotis Marinou is a holder of an MSc in Management from Leicester University and a BSc in Business Administration, with specialisation in Economics and Finance from Intercollege (University Of Nicosia). Panayiotis is a Project Management Professional (PMP) and a member of the Project Management Institute (USA). He is also an Associate of the Certified Management Consultants (CMC), member of the ICMCI.
Panayiotis worked for Baker Tilly as a Chief Operations Officer. Prior to joining Baker Tilly, he worked for 5 years as an external associate in the Human Resource Development Authority of Cyprus and 4 years as a School Financial Administrator at Highgate Private School. In parallel he was a teacher of GCSE Business Studies. Also, he was a professor of Microeconomics at a private College.
His philosophy is that an employee is the closer and most reliable associate of a business. Panayiotis believes in hard work, team spirit, ethos, discipline, and goodwill. At a personal and professional level he always sets goals and aims to achieve them. Moreover, Panayiotis is a strong supporter of lifelong learning, as a means to constant self and professional development, due to the dynamic professional environment.
